The Colonnade
Our homebase in Milan, Ohio is climate-controlled and seats 50 to 700 guests. Best for hosting traditional 5-hour events (any time of year; rain or shine!).
Usually the best option for corporate or community functions, and wedding parties with larger guest counts.
Tucked away under Sycamores at the end of a lane, historic Millsite Lodge is world of its own. Our 25-acre countryside location features full-weekend wedding experiences with lodging for up to 30 VIP guests, outdoor ceremony site, and full-service catered receptions in our open air wedding pavillion (seats up to 300).
For smaller gatherings we offer our indoor dining room year-round (seats 65), or the courtyard patio outdoors (seats 100).

at Millsite Farm
Immaculate 1880s grain barn seating 175 guests, and home to a majestic 390-year-old Ohio oak tree (we think it’s the perfect canopy for staging wedding ceremonies).
Available lodging accommodations for nine (9) in the guesthouse, with supplemental lodging at the next door manorhouse up to 22 persons.
